Warranty EOI extends a 10-year warranty on
all non-moving metal components to the original owner of these seating products, if
purchased from EOI. All bases, gas cylinders, all wooden and plastic components,
swivel tilt mechanism, and upholstery materials are warranted for 5 years. This
warranty protects the purchaser against material defects and workmanship. It does
not cover labor or transportation charges incurred during the warranty repair/replacement
and does not apply to products that are abused, misused, altered, or damaged in shipment
or storage as determined by EOI. Slight variations in color and weave pattern may
occur and must be accepted as normal.
EOI reserves the right to make any changes to design, specifications, and materials, as
well as discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Shipping
When 6 or more chairs are ordered at one time, going to the same destination, there is
no additional charge.
